In writing I am learning to use detail to make my story interesting. I feel proud because I know how to spell. I need to improve on my punctuation.

Avah's Features of a Non-Fiction text

Reflection:
I have learned to identify features of non-fiction texts and describe their purpose .

I found this hard because I didn't understand that much because I needed help to match the words.

My next steps are to use the features of non-fiction texts to help me understand the information better.

Making Connections

I am learning to make connections.  It was easy to think of something from my life to help me understand Scaredy Crows feelings.

Counting on and back using the number line

I learned to count back. It was hard to count on beacuse the numbers were hard to find .
